What decision needs qualified human judgment?

Poventi staffs the qualified panel first. You pay only after the full required group commits, and nobody starts until payment succeeds and Poventi gives the green light.

Returning customer? Verify your previous project

For your privacy, returning customers must prove access to a previous private Poventi project. Paste the full private project results link or its token below. A public username and email alone are not sufficient.

Choose carefully. Your username is permanent and carries your Poventi reputation; your display name can change later.

Weekly milestone rule: standard work milestones may span no more than 7 days. Longer engagements continue as successive weekly milestones so large unpaid or disputed balances cannot accumulate.

What must each helper review?

Poventi checks the package for likely missing information, ambiguity, workload, and timing before staffing.

Live video is deferred at initial launch. This milestone must be completable asynchronously.
Hard qualifications

Who is eligible?

These are hard requirements. Poventi cannot lower them automatically; only you can change them before the first helper commits.

A minimum-star requirement excludes new/unrated helpers. Completed-project count—not milestone count—is used for the experience filter.
Launch vetting: Poventi uses basic helper vetting at launch. Formal independently verified credential badges are not yet a customer requirement option.

Custom hard screening

Optional project-specific screeners

Up to three yes/no or single-choice questions. A helper must pass every hard screener before their commitment counts.

Preflight: Poventi will label the package Ready to Staff, Needs Clarification, or Higher Staffing Risk. Higher Staffing Risk requires your acknowledgment before recruiting begins. Helper-specific decline reasons stay private.
Payment: Poventi recruits first. When the entire required helper group has committed, you pay the fixed all-in milestone price. Helpers remain locked until payment succeeds and Poventi gives the green light.
