Your privacy at Poventi

1. Information we collect

Poventi may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, profile details, demographic or experience information you choose to provide, questions, responses, ratings, support messages, and other content submitted through the service.

We may also collect technical and usage information such as device and browser information, IP-derived general location, session and referral information, pages viewed, interaction events, timestamps, and fraud or abuse-prevention signals.

2. Payment information

Payments and payouts are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Poventi does not intend to store full payment-card numbers. Payment providers may collect identity, banking, tax, or payment information under their own privacy terms.

3. How we use information

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Poventi marketplace and advisory services.
• Match customers with appropriate human contributors or advisors.
• Process purchases, subscriptions, payouts, refunds, and related records.
• Evaluate response quality, reliability, reputation, and marketplace safety.
• Detect fraud, spam, circumvention, automated responses, and other misuse.
• Communicate about assignments, results, account activity, support, and service updates.

4. Private ratings and reputation

Poventi may allow customers and contributors to rate one another. At launch, raw ratings and private comments are intended for internal quality, matching, fraud-prevention, eligibility, and safety purposes rather than public display.

5. How information is shared

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Poventi, including hosting, database, payment, identity, analytics, communications, security, and support providers. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain transaction and safety records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type and legal requirement.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Age requirement

Poventi is intended for adults age 18 and older at launch. We do not knowingly offer the service to children under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Poventi evolves. Material updates will be reflected by a revised effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice.
