Poventi Terms of Use
These launch terms are a product draft and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broad commercial launch.
Adults only
Poventi is intended only for people age 18 or older at launch. Customers and helpers must not create or participate in launch-stage projects if they are under 18.
Human participation
Helpers agree to provide their own genuine reactions and judgment, not automated or AI-generated responses, and to follow Poventi quality and identity checks.
Launch-scope guardrails
Poventi is a human-feedback marketplace, not a substitute for individualized medical, legal, investment, tax, or other regulated professional advice. Poventi may block requests that seek individualized regulated advice or that use sensitive demographic criteria for employment, housing, credit, insurance, healthcare eligibility, admissions, or other regulated selection/eligibility decisions.
Qualifications and verification
Helpers must keep qualification claims accurate and must not represent a self-entered profile item as independently verified. Poventi may request identity, employment, education, credential, experience, or other supporting evidence and may use third-party verification providers, corporate-email confirmation, issuer/institution checks, approved documentary review, and consistency checks.
A Poventi “Verified” badge means the evidence currently recorded for that specific verification category supports the badge under Poventi’s then-active policy. Supporting profiles, including LinkedIn-related evidence where permitted, are not by themselves proof of employment, education, credentials, or experience. Verification may expire or be revoked when evidence becomes stale, inconsistent, withdrawn, or no longer supports the claim.
Live video
Live sessions are separately priced add-ons and are not included in a base asynchronous project or the base Executive Board subscription unless an active offer expressly says so. Before a live session can proceed, selected helpers must see and accept the scheduled time and live-session compensation, and the customer must complete the applicable add-on payment.
Poventi’s launch video flow keeps meeting access inside Poventi and uses private, time-bounded participant access. Recording and transcription are off by default and are not enabled in the B9 launch flow. Any future recording/transcription feature must require explicit participant consent and appropriate legal/privacy controls before it is activated.
Executive Board
The launch Executive Board is a recurring advisory product with five curated advisors and two included substantial questions per monthly billing period. Customer qualification and verification requirements apply to Board staffing, and advisors must explicitly accept the recurring role before they count toward the five-advisor panel.
Poventi may securely collect and save a payment method before Board staffing is complete. Saving the payment method does not itself activate the monthly subscription. Under the launch workflow, Poventi activates recurring billing only after the required five-advisor panel has been staffed and committed. If a recurring advisor later withdraws or becomes unavailable, Poventi may pause new Board questions while recruiting a qualified replacement without automatically ending an otherwise active subscription.
Pricing for questions beyond the included monthly allowance, live Board sessions, and future Board tiers is not represented as finalized unless expressly shown in an active product offer.
Marketplace integrity
Customers and helpers may not use Poventi to exchange direct contact or payment information for the purpose of bypassing the platform. Poventi may restrict accounts that repeatedly attempt circumvention. Poventi may mask participant names and direct contact details in project and live-session experiences.
Private reputation
Both sides may privately rate completed engagements. Ratings may be used for quality control, matching, fraud prevention, eligibility, and marketplace safety. Raw ratings are not public at launch.
Payments, delivery, refunds, and payouts
For eligible one-time projects, Poventi may first request a temporary card authorization for the package price. An authorization can appear as a pending hold and is not the same as a final charge. Poventi captures the authorized amount only after the required helper staffing threshold is reached. If Poventi cannot staff the project within the applicable staffing window, Poventi will not intentionally capture the authorization and will release or allow the authorization to expire; the issuing bank controls how quickly a released hold disappears from the customer account.
Submitted helper work is subject to completeness, quality, authenticity, qualification, and project-requirement checks before it counts as a valid deliverable. If a funded project reaches its delivery deadline with fewer accepted deliverables than promised after reasonable replacement attempts, Poventi may close the project as partially delivered and issue a proportional refund for the unresolved portion under the applicable project refund policy. The exact launch formula and treatment of any platform/service component remain subject to final commercial and legal approval and must not be represented as finalized until enabled in the product.
Helper compensation for accepted asynchronous or live work is earned/held during delivery. Eligible payouts are released only after the applicable project/session conditions are satisfied and remain subject to successful payout onboarding, fraud checks, and applicable tax/payment requirements.
Content and conduct
Users must not submit unlawful, dangerous, harassing, infringing, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content. Poventi may remove content or suspend accounts to protect participants or the marketplace.
