Terms of Use

Poventi Terms of Use

Effective August 31, 2026

1. Who may use Poventi

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to use Poventi. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for activity associated with your account or access links.

2. What Poventi provides

Poventi is a marketplace and decision-support platform that connects customers with real people for structured feedback, opinions, reactions, and recurring advisory input. Poventi may use technology to support matching, quality control, safety, summarization, and operations, but the human responses sold through the service are intended to reflect genuine human judgment.

3. Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide lawful requests and reasonable context, avoid deceptive or abusive assignments, respect participant privacy, and pay all applicable charges. Customers may not request illegal activity, harassment, discrimination prohibited by law, dangerous conduct, privacy invasion, or content that infringes another person's rights.

4. Contributor and advisor responsibilities

Contributors and advisors must provide their own genuine responses and judgment. They may not submit automated, copied, fabricated, or AI-generated answers where Poventi requires human-origin responses. Poventi may use quality, timing, consistency, identity, and other trust signals to determine eligibility for assignments and payouts.

5. Payments, subscriptions, and payouts

Customer charges, recurring subscriptions, and contributor payouts may be processed by third-party payment providers. Prices, payout amounts, and applicable fees will be shown or otherwise disclosed in connection with the relevant transaction. Contributor payouts may be conditioned on successful payment onboarding, accepted work, completion requirements, fraud checks, and other marketplace eligibility criteria.

6. Ratings and marketplace reputation

Customers and contributors may be able to privately rate completed engagements. Poventi may use ratings, completion history, complaints, quality signals, and other marketplace data for matching, eligibility, trust and safety, fraud prevention, and account review.

7. No circumvention

Users may not use Poventi primarily to identify counterparties and then move transactions, payments, or ongoing paid engagements off-platform in order to avoid Poventi fees or safeguards. Poventi may restrict messaging, mask contact information, investigate suspected circumvention, or suspend accounts that repeatedly attempt to bypass the marketplace.

8. No regulated professional advice unless expressly offered

Unless a specific Poventi service expressly states otherwise, responses are opinions and general feedback—not legal, medical, tax, investment, accounting, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and for obtaining qualified professional advice when appropriate.

9. Content and intellectual property

You retain rights you already have in content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Poventi the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display to matched participants, analyze, and otherwise use that content to operate and improve the service. You must have the right to submit any content you provide.

10. Cancellations, refunds, and disputes

Refund eligibility may depend on the service purchased, whether matching or work has begun, the quality or completion status of responses, and applicable law. Poventi may issue full or partial refunds, credits, replacements, or other remedies when appropriate. Payment disputes and chargebacks may be handled through Poventi and its payment providers.

11. Suspension and termination

Poventi may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect participants, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce these Terms, comply with law or payment-provider requirements, or preserve marketplace integrity.

12. Service availability and disclaimers

Poventi is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every request will receive a particular number, type, speed, or quality of responses, or that human opinions will be accurate, representative, or suitable for a particular decision. To the extent permitted by law, Poventi disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Poventi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Any limitation that cannot legally apply will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Poventi evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.

15. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be directed through the customer-support information provided on your receipt, invoice, account communication, or other official Poventi support channel.

These are launch-stage terms and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broad commercial scale, international expansion, or use in regulated categories.
